Good Afternoon:
First and foremost, our “Hart’s” go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are with you and your families during these uncertain times. Now more than ever, we can all appreciate the importance of coming together to protect our community in times of need. It's hard to navigate the unknown, but as we continue to better understand how the spread of COVID-19 we want to do all we can to keep our customers, employees, and local communities safe.
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. You may already know that the COVID-19 pandemic is posing unique difficulties for businesses of multiple industries including our own. We want to first let our clients and community know that Hart Agency doing its part to prevent the spread of the virus.
As we are doing our best to navigate through this challenging national crisis, the safety and well-being our employees is our top priority. Currently, we’re diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as our local government and state agencies to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
With that noted, we have decided that it is best to temporally shut down the Hart Agency until deemed safe for employees, clients and customers by the government. We understand that all of us will be impacted financially. Thus, we will continue to review the situation each week and assess our best course of action for all sampling activations currently scheduled for the weeks to come. In the meantime, we’d like to encourage the postponement to futures dates vs. cancelling and our team will be happy to reach out to retailers, as you need.
We will continue to keep you updated and provide new information, and do everything we can to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the entire Hart Agency family. And as we do, we will stand united and will come back even stronger for future business.
Thank you for being part of the Hart Agency family. Let’s all continue to stay safe and take care of each other.
