OBJECTIVE:
To showcase Bacardi’s High End Rum Line & classic Bacardi signature cocktails while creating a Cuban Rum Room experience for guests.

SOLUTION
We took over Heritage Club’s ‘Party in the Park’ event by creating a Bacardi Rum Room experience for guests. We planned and organized all aspects of the event, including providing a DJ & Cigar Roller to enhance the Havana environment. By presenting a flyer and promoting the Rum Room, we were able to put together an organized VIP Guest List.
RESULT:
Bacardi Rum Room showcased Bacardi as the leader of Summer Entertainment. There were hundreds of guests in attendance, including media and the who’s-who of Long Island Social Circles. We served three different signature Bacardi cocktails, as well as a straight sampling of three High End Bacardi Rums.
