Hart Agency is the industry leader in event staffing technology, service and support - hands down! Our in-field experts use their industry knowledge to help meet both the stated and unstated needs of each individual program. We put our focus on hiring true brand representatives who are handpicked for each program. KEITH HART
CEO/Founder
Since the late '70s, Keith Hart has been part of the nightclub and entertainment business. He is the founder and owner of the Hart Agency, which for almost two decades has provided the best representation for all brands under its reach. Keith has received several accolades confirming his status in the nightlife community including: President of the Top Shelf Bartender's Club, a seat in the Chairman's Committee of the Long Island Hospitality committee, Newsday's "Entrepreneur to Watch", Man of the Year in the Wine and Liquor Salesman Club and was also voted Best Long Islander by the Long Island Press in 2009, beating out sports and radio celebrities. Keith summarizes his success in an adage his mother bestowed upon him:
"You can't stop the rain but you can have the biggest umbrella."

Larry Golus
LARRY GOLUS
Vice President
Larry oversees Strategic Operations and Team Leads. He is also responsible for Human Resources, State Liquor Authority and Legal Compliance. Over the last decade Larry has brought the Hart Agency into the digital age, overseeing the development of HEMS (Hart Event Management System) event software program as well as Social Media. Larry is a firm believer of leading by example and has done everything in the company from working the warehouse, stocking sample shelves, making POS kits for events, to hiring, training, and scheduling of consumer educators. When Larry is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family - wife Jennifer, son Luke, and daughter Shay (Yes, named after Shea Stadium). The Golus family are big Met fans! Other likes outside of work include running, biking, and spending time at the beach.

LEAH GUIDARELLI
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Leah grew up Schenectady, NY and obtained her BA in Business Administration from the University of Hartford. She started her career at the Hart Agency as a part time employee in 2009. She brought 11 years of corporate management from GE as a Six Sigma project manager combined with her years of hard work in the family restaurant business that has proven to be a winning combination for success. Leah contributes her success at the Hart Agency to being provided an opportunity to embrace her vision of building strong relationships with our many partners with the full support of Keith and the entire management team. Not to forget the support of her loving husband Jerry, her daughter Alexandra and her fur babies that help keep her balanced. After ten years with the Hart Agency, and mostly working seven days a week, Leah approaches every day with the same youthful enthusiasm of her first promotion and has never felt her role at the Hart Agency as a job but a fantastic way of life.

JOE KELLY
Creative Strategist
Joseph Kelly took "entrepreneurial spirit" seriously when developing The Hart Agency Brand Ambassador program: a full-service marketing agency dedicated to growing small wineries and spirits in the New York State marketplace.
 
Joe's resume details his background as Vice President of Sales/Trade Development with SGWS, as well several start-up wine and spirit companies, balanced with a long career with Pernod Ricard, Diageo and Seagram Chateau and Estates. He plans to use his business acumen and communication skills to help small businesses and brands find their way along the path to success. Joe is ready to share his 29 years’ worth of experience and expertise in brand building, route-to-market solutions, and e-commerce with up-and-coming brands looking to promote good times and great products.
