Hart Agency Educator Trainings
- Our educator training events offer a valuable opportunity for our recruits and our clients. While strictly voluntary, our weekly office training events invite educators to learn a variety of wine & spirits knowledge, sales tips and insight from top industry reps, wine experts, and our management staff. We offer events based on particular suppliers and brands, as well as basic Wine & Spirits 101, 102, mixology training, and much more! These learning sessions offer our educators the chance to expand their over-all knowledge and positively affect their sales at future on and off-premise tastings
We offer a variety of training, including;
- Mixology course lead by on-staff certified mixologist
- Intro to Wine course lead by WSET Level 2 sommelier
- Sales Training led by industry experts
- Product training lead by supplier for key selling points
- Recorded calls/training library for ON DEMAND training
- Brand Center for easy access to supplier sell sheets & recipes
